Regeneration health and ki:
* Gran aura heal formula has been increased by 10%;
* Regeneration heal formula has been increased by 5%;


PVP and Hits:
* PVP hits divider changed from x2 to x3;
* Technique hits has been decreased by 10% for each profession;
* Melee hits has been decreased by 30% for each transform;
* Distance hits has been decreased by 35% for each transform;
* Critical hits damage decreased by 15%;
* Arena PVP on Papaya has been added;
* Majin Buu melee damage has been decreased by 40%;


Techniques:
* Explosion health requirements decreased:
 - Vegeta changed from 30 to 15;
 - Cell changed from 25 to 10;


Rage system changes:
 * Now we getting from 0-1 rage point after killing monster;
 * Rage now decreased by transforms:
    Sayian & Half-Saiyans:
      - Revert - 1 rage point dissapear after 5-9 seconds;
      - First transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 4-8 seconds;
      - Second transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 3-6 seconds;
      - Third and Fourth transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 2-4 seconds;
      - Fifth transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 2 seconds
      - Last transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 1 seconds;
 

    Others professions:
      - Revert - 1 rage point dissapear after 6-10 seconds;
      - First transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 5-9 seconds;
      - Second transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 4-8 seconds;
      - Third transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 3-6 seconds;
      - Fourth and Fifth transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 2-4 seconds;
      - Last transform - 1 rage point dissapear after 2 seconds;
 * Rage counter in Buu has been fixed;
 * Now Android C17 & C18 on last transform getting rage correctly;


Exhausted changed in certains items:
 - Small, medium, large tsuful potions exhausted increased from 0,5 to 0,8 seconds;
 - Senzu Beans exhausted increased from 0,8 to 1 second;
 - Hell Fruits exhausted increased from 1 to 1,5 second;
